Why Austin?

  1. Real Estate:  An average appreciation in residential sales of almost 12% per year.  That is inclusive of single-family homes, town homes & condominiums, farms & ranches, and multi-family (up to 4) residences.  If you include commercial sales, the average jumps to over 21% appreciation per year.

  2. Business & Careers:  With many major employers such as Dell, Samsung, IBM, and AMD attracting a highly educated workforce, Forbes has named Austin the top city for business and career development for the last 3 years in a row.  Good Business and great people are discovering great opportunities here!

  3. Education:  Austin is a highly educated city.  54% of the population have attended or graduated college.  Almost 10% have a post graduate degree.  This is more evident when looking at the median income of $58,000 with 80% "white collar" jobs.

  4. Growth:  With dozens of new communities being built by developers and 11 major condominium/mixed use high-rise projects under construction, there is no doubt that Austin is growing.  Travis/Williamson counties have grown by 23% on average since 2000.  Williamson County, location of Dell, is the fastest growing county in Texas!  The population is expected to double of the next ten years.

  5. Play:  You can't forget to enjoy the lifestyle as well!  Austin IS "The Live Music Capital of the World".  World famous South by SouthWest & Austin City Limits Music Festival are annual events that attract fans & bands from around the world.  What about the nightlife?
